Inpatient (IPD) management is the revenue engine of any mid-sized hospital. Yet, in many facilities, bed management is still done via whiteboards at the nursing station. This creates a severe lag: a patient is discharged, but the front desk doesn't know the bed is empty until someone makes a phone call an hour later.

QureSetu digitizes this completely with a live, color-coded bed matrix. Front-desk staff can see exactly which beds are Occupied (Red), Available (Green), or under Maintenance/Cleaning (Yellow). When emergency admissions arrive, the admission desk can confidently assign a bed in seconds, guaranteeing that two patients are never booked to the same physical bed.

For the nursing staff, the IPD module transforms their daily rounds. Instead of maintaining physical charts that can be misplaced or illegible, nurses input vitals (SpO2, BP, Temperature) directly into the bedside digital chart via a tablet or station PC. When the consultant arrives for morning rounds, they open the patient file and instantly see a graphical trend line of the patient's vitals over the last 48 hours, alongside real-time lab results.
