QureSetu — Connecting Care, People & Operations
For Hospital Chains & Groups

Central control across
all your hospital branches.

Run 2 or 20 hospital centers from one screen. View group-wide earnings, share patient records between branches, and manage group medicine purchasing easily without complicated VPNs.

Shared Patient Records

When a patient visits your suburban branch clinic and later needs admission at your main city hospital, they shouldn't have to fill out registration forms again or carry physical files.

QureSetu utilizes a master Universal Patient Index. Using their ABHA ID or phone number, any doctor at any branch can instantly pull up the patient's complete history, past prescriptions, and allergy records.

✓ Single master patient ID across network

Group Medicine Purchasing

Stop letting each branch buy medicines independently at worse margins. Centralize your procurement to negotiate bulk discounts with distributors.

The central warehouse can receive bulk Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and then issue electronic indents to branch pharmacies. More importantly, you can transfer near-expiry stock from a slow-moving branch to a high-volume branch before it expires.

✓ Inter-branch stock transfers

Unified HQ Leadership View

Managing directors need to compare the operational efficiency of different locations side-by-side without waiting for managers to email Excel files.

Compare daily revenue, doctor footfall, bed occupancy, and operating margins across each branch from your central headquarters. Spot which branches are underperforming and require leadership intervention immediately.

Scaling Your Healthcare Brand Without Breaking

As a hospital group expands from one flagship location to a hub-and-spoke model (with satellite clinics and secondary surgical centers), operational complexity multiplies. Legacy desktop software forces each location to operate in a silo. This means the central accounting team has to spend days reconciling separate databases.

QureSetu is built on a multi-tenant cloud architecture. This means your entire hospital network runs on a single secure database instance. However, strict data fencing ensures that a receptionist at Branch B cannot accidentally bill a patient currently admitted in Branch A.

One of the most powerful features for hospital chains is the Centralized Doctor Roster. If a senior cardiologist visits Branch A on Mondays and Branch B on Wednesdays, their schedule, appointment slots, and revenue-sharing payouts are managed from a single unified profile. They don't need separate logins for each branch. They open their app and instantly see their combined schedule for the entire network.

The Inter-Branch Workflow

1. Hub-and-Spoke Consultation

A patient visits a small peripheral clinic (Branch B). The doctor recommends a complex MRI.

2. Centralized Scheduling

The Branch B receptionist books an MRI slot directly at the Main Flagship Hospital (Branch A) on the unified calendar.

3. Seamless Check-in

The patient arrives at Branch A. They provide their phone number, and the pre-booked MRI order and payment history are instantly visible.

4. Shared Reporting

After the scan, the radiologist's report is instantly accessible by the original prescribing doctor back at Branch B.

"When we opened our third branch, our accounts became a mess. Patients were registered three different times, and transferring pharmacy stock required endless phone calls and WhatsApp pictures. QureSetu united our three branches into one logical entity. Our central purchasing alone has saved us 8% on inventory costs."

Enterprise FAQs

Can different branches have different pricing?

Yes. While the master service catalog (e.g., 'CBC Test') is shared, you can assign different Tariff Cards to different branches, so a test costs ₹500 in your metro branch but ₹350 in your rural branch.

How is user access controlled across branches?

A receptionist is tied to a specific branch and can only see patients and bills for that branch. A Group CEO or Central Auditor can see all branches via a dropdown toggle on their dashboard.

Does QureSetu offer a dedicated private cloud for large chains?

Yes. For groups with over 500 beds combined, we offer dedicated AWS or Azure single-tenant deployments, ensuring maximum data isolation and allowing for custom API integrations with your existing corporate ERPs.
